Addicted To Spurs – Announcement.

Hi everyone,

This announcement is to say that Addicted To Spurs is no more. I’ve come to the decision after a lot of thinking and discussion that I will no longer be running the page. This means no more previews, reviews or posts on the website or news, opinions and photos on my social channels of twitter and Instagram.

I have had a brilliant time running the accounts and posting on my beloved Tottenham for over 4 years, but now is the time to call it a day. The interaction, following and support for the page has been overwhelming and I’m so thankful for all of your support. I started this project as a 14 year old and I couldn’t have dreamt for my hobby of writing on Spurs to become something so much more.

This post is simply to say thank you to everyone that has followed Addicted To Spurs and read my posts since 2012, and also voted for me in the 2014 football blogging awards – which I was so honoured to win – so thank you for that.

You can now follow me on my personal account on Twitter here: @CameronJSims – where I will still be giving you my opinions on Tottenham!

It’s been a pleasure running Addicted To Spurs and I want to thank you all once again for making this what it has become.

Addicted To Spurs may be ending but my addiction for Tottenham is still alive and well.

Yours,

Cameron – creator of Addicted To Spurs.

  1. I would suggest you take a break to view things from a new perspective rather than make announcement to quit. doing something(like writing) about what you love can be fun and challenging. but most importantly, it is knowing what it is you want and working towards that. cheers

  2. Great work mate. Addicted to Spurs was always an account that kept me abreast of all the latest developments that happened within the club. Wish you all the success in your future endeavors.
